Riesling, 2021

A superb white wine made from hand-harvested grapes from the winery’s vineyards, displaying citrus, honey and pear notes. This is a grape variety with naturally high acidity, so even in the hot climate of southern Mecsek, even at full maturity, there is enough vibrancy to produce a balanced, harmonious and beautiful wine. The higher acidity is nicely balanced by the almost 12 grams of residual sugar, making it the only semi-dry wine in the cellar’s range for consumers who prefer this category of wine. This is a robust, full-bodied wine with 32.5 g/l total extract.
