Leányka – Zöldveltelini – Chardonnay, 2015

Spontaneous fermentation, without added yeasts. The wine spent 1-2 weeks on the skins. The juice was separated from the skins by gravity flow and then fermented oxidatively in open vats for another 6 weeks.

It was aged on fine lees in used and new 225 and 500 litre oak barrels until the bottling on 14 October 2016. During the ageing period, only sulphur was used. It was bottled unfiltered. Since then it has been ageing in bottles.
