Turán, 2013

Spontaneous fermentation, without added yeasts in open vats, on the skins for 3 months. The juice was separated from the skins by gravity flow. It was aged on fine lees in used and new 225 and 500 litre oak barrels until the bottling on 31 October 2016. During the ageing period, only sulphur was used. It was bottled unfiltered. Since then it has been ageing in bottles.
