Légli Brut, 2019

The hardest nut to crack, intuitions are not enough (unlike with other wines), nevertheless they are indispensable. Hard to talk about it without being biased. Sparkling wine has always been the default choice at the family table. The goal is to make Balaton sparkling wines by relying on the best Hungarian/Pannonian traditions (Littke). It’s still early days (a decade of experience), but it’s most satisfying to receive feedback from the public, from „sparkling fans”. Only the best will do!
