Kadarka was once the most important grape variety of the Mohács vineyards. It yields spicy, light red wines. It has a special significance in gastronomy because it pairs very well with Hungarian dishes made with ground pepper. There is no better wine choice to accompany fish soup, goulash soup, potato paprikás.
