The ripe nose is dominated by notes of oak, cinnamon, anise and overripe fruit, with apple and pear in the background. The palate is complex, full and rich. The acidity supports the palate well, with ripe fruit and minerality in beautiful harmony with refined oak flavours. The finish is long and creamy. The Premium Juhfark is one of the winery’s proudest creations, and their ambition is to craft a wine from the main variety of the wine region that is not only exciting on its own, but can also be a success with diners in restaurants.
