This is a sophisticated version of Olaszrizling. The fruity aromas are beautifully complemented by the vanilla notes of the oak ageing. Round on the palate, with well-integrated acidity and a background of bitter almond flavours typical of the variety. The wines of the Premium range are all about elegance and balance. This Olaszrizling is made in the same spirit, from faultless grapes, with gentle processing and partially aged in oak barrels. The winery has created a style that proudly displays the strength of Somló with its refinement and richness. An excellent wine, still very young, with long ageing potential.
