Unfiltered, unfined, spontaneously fermented natural wine. Made with 30% whole bunch, the fruit comes from the Ördög-árok and Árnyékos-tető and is blended with the gently destemmed mash. After a few days of cold soaking, it spent 3 weeks on skins. The nose and palate are dominated by black and red berry fruits and spices, with a crisp freshness thanks to the whole bunches. Good balance, great potential. Total sulphur: not measurable (less than 10 mg/l).
